The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.

This is not by mankind. At least not fully and not yet. You are dealing with a spirit attack that has been warned about for 1,000’s of years in these books. Job literally warned about every bit of this:

Hearing sonic booms nonstop that shake your house and others can hear them as well as your pets

You have to sit down and critically think about this. These people are not this advanced yet as far as remote neural mind control goes. But spirits can do all of these things because they don’t need gadgets or receptors or anything like that.
